Brault et Martineau Lasalle review: No delivery

On april 20th 2021, I ordered bookshelves from brault et martineau in lasalle. They promised delivery in may, then june then july. In august igot a call saying that they would call the following week for a delivery day and time. No such call came. This was repeated in october and again in november, this time it was followed by an email saying that there was an inventory shortage, a situation that typically lasts 2 weeks. This was repeated in january. Now it is approaching one year that i've been waiting. My order number is j772535.
