Brandeis Clinic - Prague review: arm lift surgery

I am 73 year old lady - after much weight loss decided on the arm lift - had consultation in November by DR MUSILOVA & had surgery same day paid £2000 . Several weeks after surgery saw not much difference in arm size was told to wait as probably still swollen!
I waited - no difference I complained & eventually Dr. Musilova agreed to carry out 2nd operation free & I would only need to pay 500 euros for medicines & pre-op tests
Plus my flights & accommodation. However this did not happen & on arrival for consultation with Dr musilova she was only prepared to do 3" of surgery at the elbow & NOT the upper part of the arm where the droopiness was still quite apparent !
HOWEVER if I was willing to pay a further 1500 euros then the upper part could then be done ! In other words 2nd operations would be needed I WAS NOT ADVISED OF
THIS IN ANY CONSULTATION! I refused
Asked for my 500 euros back (they gave me 370 they took 130 euros for pre-op ) I then left out of pocket with flights plus accommodation - their advert about price does not reflect on quality IS IN MY OPINION
UNTRUE & I WOLD NOT RECOMMEND THIS
CLINIC OR DOCTOR TO ANYONE 😠
