Reached 60, 000 miles and reuested a timing belt change for maintenance purposes. Joe, new mgr. recommended fuel pump replacement as well. I told him that all that I wanted was timing belt replaced as there was nothing wrong with either belt or fuel pump. Again he suggested that if I wanted to change timing belt, would be worth while to get a new fuel pump. I again said no thanks and asked him not to touch anything. When my daughter went to pick up her car, Joe showed her a frayed belt and told her that this is what can happen if you do not get a new fuel pump when you change your timing belt. She also said no thanks. Previous managers have been very trustworthy and have provided excellent service.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
