I purchased a restonic bed in 2019 and the mattress in less than a month it was already sagging and I could feel the springs when laying down,then I filled a complaint in less than a month and was told that they will send someone to inspect the bed but that never happened,now it's 2022 still they promise to look into my problem when I go to the shop to complain but soon as leave they forget about me,now I'm having back problems,was at Bradlos again a week ago the lady that assisted me said they will call in Tuesday of the next week but they never did ,I don't know whom I can contact to get the help that I need because Bradlos Eastgate is useless,I can't sleep right now because of back pain and this uncomfortable matress
