I payed David C Bradley of Bradley and Associates P. C $475.00 and submitted my required tax papers on March 31, 2021.
I then signed a letter of commitment on April 2, 2021 for him to complete and file my taxes. I had not heard back from David Bradley and finally in October of 2021 I contacted his office for an update on my taxes. I'm a full time care taker for my fiancé fighting stage 4 cancer and lost track of time. I then learned he had not filed my taxes or submitted an extension request. We then had a meeting in person and he said not filing was his mistake and he would pay any late penalties. Last week I received a IRS letter showing a fine of $900.98 Due March 14, 2022 for not filing my and not paying my taxes last year. I notified David Bradley of this letter and he said I needed to sign some papers including a Power of Attorney and he would resolve this IRS issue. Since then he has not responded to any emails I have sent to verify a day and time to meet him in his office to sign these papers and an explanation of how this is being resolved.
David C Bradley has stopped any communication or responses to me It is his fault I have this fine and I should not be getting penalized or have to pay this $900.98 fine due to his incompetence'!
I have emails and receipt to verify my complaint.
Desired outcome: For David C Bradley be held responsible for not filing my Income tax, being fined by the IRS and for him to pay the IRS penalties of $900.98
RESOLVED I am making a complete retraction to my Complaint against Bradley and Associates -CPA. The same day I filed the complaint I saw I had missed an email From Mr. Bradley asking me to come into his office the next morning to resolve the IRS Penalty issue. My mistake. He had responded to resolve the issue and I just didn't see his response. I want to FULLY express Bradley and Associates RESOLVED MY ISSUE with the IRS penalty. Mr. Bradley contacted the IRS and had the Late Filing Penalty of $900.98 completely removed I did not have to pay any fines and in Fact Bradley and Associates Paid the additional Interest Penalty Fine! Zero Penalty payment or cost to me! My Apology to Bradley and Associates. I am 100% satisfied with Bradley and Associates -CPA.
