May 6th 2022, I went to pick up my son and was denied access. The father did not put me on the pick up list so I proceeded to provide the club with the court order stating I have joint decision making as well as Mother’s Day weekend being a weekend I get my son. I was told I could not add myself to the pick up list without his fathers permission nor was I granted access to picking up my son without them calling his father for permission. The court order stated I do not need to do that and can add myself to any list regardless of the forms his father/grandmother filled out. My parental LEGAL rights were violated.
I provided a documented court order stating I have joint decision making for my child a month before I was told I could not pick up my son without his fathers permission. I was denied access to picking up my son until permission was granted even while they had the court order present especially on Mother’s Day weekend 2022.
