BottomLineInc review: Received books I did not order, after cancelling their service a couple of times online.

A little more than a year ago, I order a book which I kept and paid for; MY MISTAKE! I cancelled any future books. I continue to receive books I did not order. A couple months ago I received a book and opened it; I was able to find a return label online, I printed it and returned the book. This month, I received the book and did NOT open it. However, I cannot seem to find the return label online anywhere. I did go to their website again, entered my account and did a 'Discontinue' on all services (again). I found advice online that said I can take the UNOPENED book to my post office, TELL them I refuse delivery and they will return it - and to make sure I get a receipt. PS. The one book I did keep was not very useful; I think this company is a SCAM. All of this is my opinion only, but I have also read many similar complaints online. A sucker is born every minute I guess. PLEASE don't waste your money.
