I purchased 2 hats at 2 different times. I got the wrong size, I returned them together in one box with a copy of both receipts. I printed out the return label for one hat and they returned only one hat. When I emailed, cause there is no phone number to call! I keep getting the run around. order #[protected]/reference#87428, I have been trying to return the hat in the 14 day return that is stated on the packing slip.In the process of returns on line, there is no selection for a refund, store credit/exchange for a different size, is whats listed. I have e mailed many times, but I am getting no where. I want a refund, and I am again, getting nowhere with these people.can you guys help me?
