Bord Gais Energy review: Electricity bill

Bord gais have not issued my electricity bill for November/December I have made numerous phone calls in relation to this and it has not been resolved. I have been told that my issue was escalated to critical. I cannot understand this. The next bill will be due next month March, and this will mean I will have a double bill which is not acceptable. Can you please help me out
