Our company recently purchased three Genie scissors from BoomLifts4Sale. Although the delivery was a bit delayed, which is understandable given the current situation with Covid, everything else went smoothly. The products were exactly as described, and the quality of the work done was exceptional. Opting for used equipment instead of buying new turned out to be a wise decision, and the wait was definitely worth it. We were particularly impressed with the driver who delivered the items to our site at night, just as promised. We are grateful for the excellent service provided by BoomLifts4Sale.

We recently purchased two Genie 2632 scissor lifts from boomlifts4sale and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Both times, there were no issues and the Genie lifts exceeded our expectations. The delivery was prompt and the communication throughout the process was excellent. However, we did encounter a problem with one of the scissor lifts not being able to drive in the air. Thankfully, Matt from boomlifts4sale was incredibly helpful and quickly identified the issue. Thanks to his assistance, we were able to get back to work without any further delays. The customer service provided by boomlifts4sale was truly exceptional.

We bought a Genie S125 for $75,000 USD and sent it to Panama. We didn't have any issues or problems with the machine. The main reason for writing this review is to address the false accusations on this website and support our seller. I strongly advise against dealing with BoomLifts4Sale. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. We transported multiple cranes and lifts for them, but unfortunately, we have not received payment for our services. This company owes us a significant amount of money. They have a habit of saying whatever you want to hear in order to get what they want, but once they have what they need, they vanish into thin air. They refuse to respond to our emails or phone calls, leaving us in a state of frustration and helplessness. It's clear that they are nothing more than cowardly thieves.

We were working on a big project that required metal structures, and it was going to be a long-term endeavor. We had to consider the cost of renting equipment versus buying new or reconditioned ones. After careful consideration, we decided to go with the reconditioned Genie 2632's from Boomlifts4Sale. We ended up purchasing six scissors and sent our own truck to pick them up. Let me tell you, we couldn't be happier with our decision.

The paint work on the Genie 2632's is top-notch, and the overall quality of the machines exceeded our expectations. The team at Boomlifts4Sale really went above and beyond to ensure that everything was in perfect working order. We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service we received.

Our company recently bought a scissor lift from BoomLifts4Sale, and let me tell you, the wait was excruciatingly long. We had to wait for months before the lift was finally delivered to us. Throughout this agonizing period, I had to make numerous phone calls just to get some updates on the progress. It was a real hassle, to say the least.

But that's not all. After using the scissor lift for less than a month, it started experiencing some issues. We were left with no choice but to wait again, this time for replacement parts. And guess what? The waiting game began once more, with no updates whatsoever. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with this purchase.

I must warn you, dear reader, not to fall for their advertised 17-23 day lead time on all refurbished items. It's nothing but a false promise that will leave you frustrated and disappointed. Don't make the same mistake we did.

I strongly advise against engaging in any business dealings with BoomLifts4Sale. Our unfortunate experience with this company has left us extremely dissatisfied. Despite paying them in full three months ago, we have yet to receive the products we purchased. Instead of providing us with a straightforward explanation, all we have received are a series of feeble excuses.

When we inquired about the name of the shipper responsible for delivering our units, we were shocked to discover that the shipper had not even collected the items from BoomLifts4Sale's yard. This revelation only added to our frustration and raised serious doubts about the legitimacy of this company. In our attempts to seek a refund, we found ourselves faced with an unexpected disappearance from their end.

It has become increasingly evident that BoomLifts4Sale is nothing more than a facade, consisting of a mere couple of individuals armed with nothing but their cell phones. Their deceptive practices and lack of integrity have led us to believe that they are operating a scam. We cannot stress enough the importance of refraining from sending them any money, as it is highly unlikely that they will ever deliver the promised goods.

If, by some miracle, we manage to locate BoomLifts4Sale, we fully intend to pursue legal action against them. Their actions can only be described as those of a crook, scammer, thief, and liar. We implore others to exercise caution and avoid falling victim to their deceitful tactics.

After waitin' for a whole three months and hearin' excuse after excuse, we finally got our hands on that scissor lift we ordered from BoomLifts4Sale. It was what we agreed on, but dang, it arrived way later than they promised. And let me tell ya, that Toyota forklift they sent us was a complete piece of junk. It wasn't even the same one they showed in the pictures. I gotta say, this whole deal smells fishy, like a scam or somethin'. The lights were busted, there were dents all over the place, the battery was dead, and it looked like nobody even bothered to check the engine. But the worst part? The hydraulics don't work at all! Can ya believe it? The first month of delays they blamed on reconditionin', but that was clearly a big ol' lie. Now we can't even use the darn thing, and of course, Matt, the guy we dealt with, won't even bother returnin' our calls. I reckon we might have to take this crook to court if we can track him down. My advice? Stay far away from these guys. They're a bunch of liars who sell nothin' but junk.

On March 10, 2016, I sent a wire transfer of $46,100 to BoomLifts4Sale's bank for two invoices. These invoices were for an 80' manlift in "great condition" and two refurbished JLG scissor lifts. It took them a whopping three months to finally ship the 80' manlift, but to my dismay, it arrived defective right from the get-go. I had to spend an additional $6,000 on repairs just to get it working properly. Frustrated, I decided to escalate the issue and reached out to the new North America Division Chief at the manufacturer's corporate office. To my surprise, he was well aware of this so-called "dealer" and had nothing positive to say about them.

I bombarded this "dealer" with over 50 emails and even resorted to making legal threats, but it wasn't until much later that they finally shipped the smaller scissor lift. However, their disorganization was evident once again, as they sent me a Genie lift instead of the JLG lift that I had paid for. They assured me they would replace it, but it has now been a year, and I have exchanged over 76 emails with them. In August 2016, I even filed a police report with the Orange County Sheriff's Office (Case#16-***). It seems like Matthew, who even had the audacity to write a false review for his own company on SiteJabber under the name "Matthew B," and Eveline from the Houston office, have made empty promises over 14 times regarding the shipment of the equipment.

I should have been more cautious when this company suggested conducting the transaction outside of eBay. It should have raised a red flag for me. In light of these ongoing issues, I have also opened a case with eBay. Initially, they denied my claim, but after reviewing the police report, they reconsidered. It is crucial for others to be aware of this company's deceptive practices, as they are likely attempting to scam other unsuspecting individuals as well.

I bought a Snorkel TB47J from BoomLifts4Sale on eBay on 12/04/18. They said it was working fine, so I was excited to start using it. I got the Lift on 12/06/18 and it looked great.

But on 12/09/18, when I tried to use it, I found out that the throttle control wasn't working. I contacted BoomLifts4Sale and they put me in touch with someone named *. At first, he seemed helpful.

He asked me to do some tests, and after doing them, we realized that the throttle control electronics were broken. He said he would ship a new one to me right away. I thanked him and thought everything would be fine.

But then, I waited for two weeks and didn't hear anything from BoomLifts4Sale. I called and he told me that he had ordered the part before Christmas, but it was on backorder. He said it would arrive soon.

Again, I didn't get any updates from BoomLifts4Sale. So on Jan/5/19, I called to find out where my part was. The office told me that my part had been accidentally sent to them instead of me, but they promised to send it to me the next day.

Now it's Jan/29/19, and I still don't have the part. They haven't contacted me, and they're not answering my calls or emails. I don't know what's going on.

I spent over $16,000.00 on this Lift on Dec/6/2018, and it still doesn't work. BoomLifts4Sale doesn't seem to care about their promises or their customers.

I'm now working with eBay to get this resolved. I won't buy anything from Matt or BoomLifts4Sale again.

I gave them 2 stars because, other than the throttle control issue, the Snorkel is a good unit in good condition. It's a shame. I would have given them 5 stars if not for this experience.
