Bonzi Online Shopping review: Nothing absolutley nothing been trying to get hold off them since I received my order 27/09/2022

I went and ordered a cell phone cover online. They did not show my phone on the items to select. I send a query and they said if I send the phone make and model, they will make sure I will receive the correct size.

I received it and it is too big. Now no one is getting back to me to exchange or refund me...

They simply say it is my fault and I can't change my mind?

Really, such bad service, can't speak to anyone and no one gets back to you.

They give online shopping a bad name.
