On Sunday the 17th approximately just before 14h00, I've made a purchase of items to a total value of R13970 and when swiped the card the store machine reflected a failed transaction with a reasoning of sufficient funds. I then requested the store to go to the ATM for a physical withdrawal as I had enough funds on the account. when I got to the ATM I realised that R13970 was no longer available for me to withdraw and when I checked sms notification also confirmed that the transaction that I did at Bogart store was successful. Ithen called my bank whilst I was not on the store but I was not successful to resolve the matter whilst I was there. On Monday the 19th I requested a bank statement from the bank that also confirmed that the transaction was successful contrary to the failed transaction that the store was claiming. The store could still not release goods as a store didn't see a successful transaction on their end and the bank saw that the funds were awaiting authorisation. I had to the leave the store on the day as I'm Leaving more than 400km from it in Kuruman. The store assured me that theyll keep my goods as they were until the store recovers the money. I kept checking with the stores & the bank on whether the funds cleared or not but I was told eventually that the funds will only be back into my account after 10 days. I was desperate for these goods as I wanted to attend the wedding wearing them I then requested to pay the store through a sales person that was helping me in the process of sourcing goods by the name of Katlego Myambo. My private banker assured me that I'll receive my R13970 only after 10 days according to the bank process. I then decided to deposit the R13970 to Bogart as I was desperate for the goods and they promised to deliver them on time before the wedding. Katlego requested me to deposit these funds to his account to facilitate the delivery on the same conversation he told me that the price for the jacket I wanted has now gone up from R3000 on the day of original purchase to to R7000 and I disagreed as I felt this was unfair. He requested that I deposit an amount of R16224 of which I did and on arrival of goods which also cost me R3000 rands more, I found that one of the items which was a jean that costed me R4200 on purchase was not part of the good.

Desired outcome: The store to keep the quantity the same to the same amount of R13970, give me the Jean that they took away from the original items and compensate the transport cost of R3000
