Body Flex Sports, Inc review: Exercise bike

We purchased this bike Nov 2021.. it started making horrible noises like it is falling apart and I contacted them on Feb 2022 asking for help or replacement. Took forever with sending video of noises to them asking questions. Finally they decided to send a replacement for the main frame (pedaling guts). my husband had to tear bike apart and replace it... worked for several weeks and started making almost the same noises. While he was working on it, he noticed that the screws were different... they had sent a used part! Now still dealing with noises, I contacted them again and they will not respond at all.?
