Bmo Financial Group Banking practices

Bmo is using customer funds for their own self-interest.

I write a check on my social security account... Deposit it at 7am on a regular business day. The bank waits five days before crediting the account into which it went. They used my money $2000 for five days without compensation to me.

I am seeking individuals with cause for a class action claim against bmo in the united states.

Claimed loss: 2000.00

Desired outcome: A class action claim against the bank in US COURTS.
