I love BMO. I just wanted to let people know this bank is very strange and has it own way. FIrst, the complaint is only about the customer service on [protected]. This morning I encounter a very bad staff, he is tampering my ID and tried to bribe me in his flavor to act like someone else in my bank account. He is trying to hurt me and my relatives all about my ID. I quickly asked him to stop and asked him to have courtesy and integrity. He wanted to verify me and asked my phone number, I told him and waited for the code, then he when I was waiting just like 30 second, he brought me nowhere and suddenly asked me my cash, check...transaction within 30 days. Even at that time I have log in my customer portal. I have so many transaction, it is hard for me to find which is cash or check. I honestly told the staff at BMN that how can I remembered that, even in portal, how can I read through all the transaction and told him. And then suddenly he in plied I am not the bank account holder or questioning me using or talked with him in a very rude manner. I am so angry I noticed that he directly you and you follow but he did not follow up. And he did it 2 times in 3 minutes, and I thing this is a joke or discrimination. And most of all, I had my bank verify my account with me over 100 times, I never heard that guy voice before. And mostly I said please verify it by email. And he refused. And asked me to go to the bank. I live at Atwater, CA. The nearest one is in Turlock, CA. This is a crazy suggestion that the staff wasting BMO and my at&t telephone line to make up his own party but refused to handle the job at work and service the public.
2. I love using this bank because I had some happy moment remembering some person nice in my circle. I actually called BMO is for a dispute filling. I think if I wanted to be in peace and stayed cool then I have to make a once a month visit the bank in person and talked with them about my question and issue if found with my bank account. And do not use the BMO customer service line. This is so strange experience. The staffs at location mostly is quite nice and good looking and make you felt nice as like acquaintance relations.

I like to call and visit my bank happily. This time make me very scary and indecent. It is the first time. In order to stay like the way I do. I have to change my way to contact the bank. =]
