BLX review: Buds

I purchased a pair of these earbuds, in addition to a lifetime warranty. I can hear just fine but my voice is so muffled that no one can really hear me at all on a phone call. These are useless for work. I have contacted the company 9 times and have yet to receive an email or call back. I regret purchasing these. After looking at online reviews, it seems this company is a complete scam.
