I had my car taken to BluePrint Autosports by a transport company in a inclosed trailer. Maiada the tuner and myself spoke over the course of 2 to 3 weeks prior to my car arriving at BluePrint Autosports 42 Montrose Dr Romeoville, Illinois 60446. in that time frame we spoke over the phone about my goals and expectations, he stated that he wanted to perform these safety test before anything is to be started as we originally agreed on. Mind you 99% 0f our conversations was through FB messenger. right of the bat im sent these videos of poor quality on FB messenger of the test being performed this is roughly 6 days into my car sitting there the first test a compression test it passed had compression same on all 4 cylinders then the video of a leak down test it supposedly fails Maiada is donig the talking and with in seconds he automatically states hes 99% sure its failure of the rings of a piston because that cylinder didnt hold air but passed compression test. I was speachless of course then I admittedly googled those symptoms of failed test all said something to do with the valve sticking open. he began to ask me right away about taking off the head to see and truly diagnoise the issue. That turned into him manipulating me by being deceptive very untruthful thoughout the next month. all I would receive was videos of somtheing major broken needs replaced. I fell for it sent over 9,000$ to him on his paypal account not a normal business more bad quality videos came in that all started under the car. first red flag pistons were black with carbon build up next video ones almost polished no reason for that if being replaced. then another video catch can that is there to catch oil from exessive boost causing crank case pressure. the guy shows me a bucket full of coolant. I knew then I was being played the whole time. so I started watching video after video a million times to listen close to whats said and mostly what I see only by taking thousands of screenshots that I know without a shadow of a doubt show and prove I was mislead manipulated in a deceptive manner the entire time almost premeditated in sense looking back. last straw was the office lady trying to tell me theres no aluminum valve covers anywhere in the Uniting States 90 days till one comes from Japan. she didnt know I was a painter at Mercedez benz of indianapolis and have accses to a parts database nationwide and located 4 at a Mitsubisihi dealer 10min from me I told her to tell em stop touching my car I have a transport company on the way. in that time frame they had no choice by law but to get my car ready for pickup. the videos sent trying to show in good faith they labled and put all my loose nuts and bolts in baggies. when they couldnt seem to pack everything in the car I had to tell them where to put certain things to fit while paying the driver 400$ cash out of pocket for strapping the rest on the trailer.. but all those videos they was trying cover there tracks with only incriminated themselves. I lost my job at Mercedez because of them I now have spent over 15k in engine parts they messed up my ball joints were not bolted in place so when it came off the trailer both fenders was trashed front bumper causing around 8,000 $ in damages. I will not stop until this is resolved and they are held accountable and pay for lost wages uber rides and all the thousands of dollars spent fixing the nightmare they have caused. I now suffer server anxiety that I physically see a phycologist for and on medication for it have terrible trust issues its impacted me to the point of the rest of my life ill have these health promblems all are documented all screen shots of evidence I have from our conversations to the text from my cars privious owner text stating Madaia wont anwser his phone becase he knows what he didi to the pictures showing they was under a differnt car playing it to be mine. they ruined my 30,000$ car like it was nothing and now im coming for whats owed the right way unlike them. I have contacted you guys before was told to mail in a complaint with documents that I did only to be told its to be done online and everything I sent in was just disregaurded like trash. next is the Atornney generals office so on so fourth. now they can re live the nighmare they caused me. please help and get this matter resolved. im not the only one they have done this to just not to this extent. I have pictures of those reviews the ones that prove my point on damages and that they actually drove my car and left there data cable behind for the laptop used for tuning. oh I got everything and actually hope this goes to court I will take it all the way.

Country of complaint: United States

Desired outcome: refund for turbo and refund on all damages caused by there negligence roughly 20,000 but ill get a professional estimate from bodyshop for the record also all the receipts from Mapperformnce where show

If there any questions about these photos please feel free to email me or call [protected]! Most are screen shot after shot to match up certain things that prove deception and unauthorized repairs! The video where you can see my intake manifold with throttle body attached shows no oil but I received one caked full of oil.. there's a big story them pictures tell and I most definitely would be happy to Elaborate to help understand the situation and how it's 100 % without a doubt wrong doing on there part. Poor greedy and selfish people are the ones who try pulling off these scams
