Blue Hammer Roofing review: Horrible experience

I had a very horrible experience with this company. From the beginning to the end. It was NEVER explained to me that what I was signing on the reps iPad was a "Contract". They sneakily forget to tell you this when they are going over your roof colors and different qualities of the roofs. Then after it's too late because you have already signed and now you are SCREWED. Once you start having issues with insurance payments is when they tell you, "Well you signed the contract and now your responsible!". First, they get you hooked on getting a new roof when they tell you, "You do not have to pay your deductible, we will waive it, just don't tell your insurance". This is SO NOT true. When your insurance sends the payment for the roof "MINUS" your deductible, you then get bullied and harassed that they will put a lean on your home and send you to collections. "Mind you, a home that you worked very hard to acquire", if you do NOT pay your deductible. Now I have acquired a loan payment that I did NOT need but had to get in order to pay this company. Also, you have the painter come into your home to fix the areas where there the water leakage damage was and the painter just paints over the spots he fixed, NOW I have a bathroom & laundry room with different colored spots on the ceiling. The correct thing to do was to paint my whole bathroom & laundry room since this is what they got paid for by my insurance - BUT no, they chose to keep all the insurance money and the hell with your house. I am so upset and angry with this company for all the hell they put me through. I would never recommend this company to my friends. I have yet to receive my "Certificate of Completion" for my roof. Thank God I had a loan approval to pay this lying company my deductible portion after I was told that I did not have to pay my deductible.
