Bliss Skin Tag remover is advertised on Yahoo. It's supposed to remove skin tags, warts etc. in hours... a miracle, right? After using product for 3 days no change in removing skin tags for me, product does not work.

I ordered one bottle at $64.00 and supposed to get one bottle FREE. I was charged for 2 bottles totaling $129.88. I emailed them about this 2 times and they never responded back to me. I called and after arguing with c/s person they refunded me $45.00 for a bottle that was supposed to be FREE. I want to return unopened bottle and was offered only $20.00 as they told me they already refunded $45.00 - they are not counting 2nd bottle they charged me for. I want my refund for the $64.00 unopened bottle - I will eat the opened bottle as they will not accept opened bottles. I called c/s this morning and again after arguing with c/s rep. I requested to speak to a Supervisor I was put on hold and eventually disconnected from the call. Nasty people to deal with, I'm a senior on a fixed income, please help me get my full refund. No address to find to file complaint with BBB and fulfillment address is a scam address as I found out from Bing search.

Desired outcome: Full refund for unopened bottle and charge for 2nd bottle that was supposed to be FREE.

I ordered one bottle and one free of bliss skin tag remover and was charged 129.00. Called them about the overcharge. They refunded 47.00. A few weeks later they sent another 2 bottles that I never agreed to and charged my card 85.00. I originally found this add on utube. I just found info on line that if you ordered from a social platform, it's not from the real company. I'm 69 years old, get enough money monthly for a month. Not sure where to go for this.

When I first ordered 1 bottle of Bliss Skin tag remover, I received 5 and a jar of moisturizer. Although I really can't afford it,I assumed that I had made a mistake when ordering and let it go. Today, 3/1/23, I find that I have received 6 more bottles. I can not afford this. I believe it is called Senior Abuse. I need to return this new package and not be billed for it and certainly not receive further products. Please assist me in correcting this problem.
