Black Market Arms LLC review: Accept return of the magazines and refund my $66.50!

I ordered two S&W 41/422/622 Pistol Magazines from this company by way of Gunbroker. I received the magazines but upon inspection, I discovered they would not fit my firearm. They were new, no damage and as far as I could tell, they were the ones I ordered and should have worked as advertised. I contacted the company's customer service and asked to return the items. I was told to take pictures of the items, their packages, the package they arrived in, and the firearm they were for, and send them to the company web site, which I did. I was also told that if the packages were opened, they would probably not take them back or refund my money. I told them that I needed to open the packages to determine if they were the proper items. A few days later, I received return form instructions to take pictures of the shipment, packaging, and the UPC on the original package of the items, which I did, and send the pictures to the company. I then mailed the items back to Black Market Arms I Missouri. Shortly after I mailed the items, I received an Email telling me they would not accept return or refund, and to contact the manufacturer of the items, (Smith and Wesson) for refund and/or replacement. I contacted S&W and explained my problem and was told that since I did not buy directly from them, they could not help me. It is clear to me, BMA never meant to accept return, and/or give a refund. All of this took place from about Aug. 20 to 1 Sept.
