Black Hawk Network review: Visa gift card

Received a Visa gift card purchased from Meijer from my employer for a job well done. Registered the card online as advised. Instructions said that if it was registered, they could assist in any fraudulent activity. The card was used for a fuel card, which left $200 balance, which was drained within 12 hours. The card was purchased on 8/3/2022. On 8/7/2022 an online purchase was made according to Black Hawk Network (the Visa company). They were notified, started what they said was an investigation, which later they determined was no fraudulent activity. They couldn't inform me what the purchase was, or who the company that received the balance was. After the investigation I looked up Black Hawk Network and there is a pattern of many people with similar experiences
