BL Wellness LLC review: I want my money in the amounts of $119.88 and $59.99 returned asap!

I ordered a product from them called Transform Keto: Keto + ACV on October 26, 2022 at 9:31 PM. According to their ad I thought it was to be $59.99, after I saw the charges they were $119.88 plus $59.99.

I looked on their website and it said if you want to cancel your order please contact customer support or email [protected]@getblwellnessproducts.com. I immediately emailed this address at 9:41 PM telling them to cancel the order immediately.

I also called their customer service phone number which was [protected] spoke with Mark. He informed me that the order could not be cancelled. I would have to wait to receive it then return it.

As of today October 29th it has not arrived so I called customer service again to ask about it. I was informed today that I have to wait for 60 days before I can even return it.

I feel that their ad was very misleading and their business is operated very poorly!

All I want is to have my money refunded immediately and not have to wait 2 months before I can do anything about it!
