Big Motoring World, Bluebell Hill review: After sales department

Poor poor aftersales service.

Just under 4000 miles since purchase, brakes and service light on, will do nothing to help me, emailed them 3 weeks ago raising these issues after a very unhelpful and rude conversation via phone, no response, no sympathy and attitude of the staff I called initially to explain the faults with the vehicle, was rude and did not care, refused to provide after sales managers names. Lack of care, rude and unresponsive. Will kick you to kerb when they have taken your money!
