We contacted Jordan and ask about a building, we were told to put down a deposit of $1201.90 and we ask if this was refundable if we couldn't get financing. We couldn't get financing and we sent Jordan a copy of the letter from the Mortgage Company that turned us down for financing. We requested a refund and went by the refund request letter and to this day we haven't been able to talk to anyone about the refund. They sent an email telling us that we didn't meet the requirements for a refund. They want to put the money in a file for later buying a building.
