Big Lots review: not receiving 15% off of folding furniture as advertised in sales paper

My husband and I went to the Big Lots on November 28, 2019 in Burlington, NC to purchase a fold up bed. We had a sales paper from Big Lots advertising 15% off folding furniture. When paying for a folding bed we asked about the 15% off and was told by the sales clerk that the sale ended at 11am. My husband and I checked the sales ad after purchasing the fold up bed and no where on the sales ad does it say the sale ends at 11am. I went back inside and showed the employee the sales ad and explained that no where on the ad does it say the sale ends at 11am. The employee then tells me that in the Big Lots email is where it contains the information about the sale ending at 11am. I never received an email from Big Lots, only the sales ad. I would like this matter resolved where I receive the 15% off the folding furniture as you have advertised in your sales ad. This type of advertisement is false advertisement. Please resolve.
