I had Big Ben come and clean my furnace and dryer outlet. I really appreciated the 2 young men that came. They were courteous and friendly. They took pictures of the vents and showed me the build-up in them. They answered all my questions and as I have 2 dogs, gave me advice as to how I can help to keep the vents cleaner. I would recommend Big Ben to anyone.

The technician who came to steam clean our off-white carpets did an excellent job. He even placed little pads under pieces of furniture to better clean the carpet underneath, and wiped down wooden stairs with a cloth when he finished. Very professional service. We recommend this company and service highly and will book again. Booking staff also very efficient and friendly.

I think Jason did a fabulous job cleaning my rec room rug. I was afraid with dog excrement (urine & stool) on it that it would not be salvageable. When it was installed 5 yrs ago it was an expensive rug. It looks like a brand new rug once again. Jason was polite, friendly and respectful of my furnishings & property. i would certainly recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you Jason

Came right on time, very polite workers, started working right away, house kept very clean and the workers were really nice to talk to. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked us. They told us the ducts were pretty clean, and they said they will send a few pictures to see how they looked, have not got the pictures yet so will be giving them a call. We would not hesitate to use this company again.

I used Big Ben Cleaning for my furnace and duct cleaning for the first time after reading their reviews (which were recent and excellent). Their reviews were spot on—they showed up early even, helped me move some furniture for access, did a thorough job very efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Provided pictures of their work which definitely justified getting the work done. I will use them in the future and recommend to anyone.

I have only good things to say about the furnace/duct cleaning service provided by Big Ben Cleaning with McKnight Cleaning. It was easy to request an appointment online and the company immediately followed up with a quote and possible appointment times available. Big Ben Cleaning showed up on time, walked me through the service, answered my questions patiently and clearly, and completed the job in the given amount of time. Great job and thank you!

Larry from Big Ben came to do our CLO2 fumigation to address a smell in our basement from water, he was very professional, took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. The work was done exactly on time, and the communication throughout the process was great. The treatment worked great, the whole house smells fresh and clean now! I would happily recommend Big Ben to others, and will likely use them again myself.

Big Ben professionals arrived on time, was a nasty cold and snow day and they were on time! All the vents were cleaned very good, no messy at home, they took care of the places they were walking and working. Big Ben, simply the best. I took possession of my home from my builder in a state of absolute filth. I called Big Ben and the took photos and cleaned and took photos again. The before and after were amazing. Nothing was missed in the HVAC cleaning and they also sanitized. They cleaned my carpets as those too were left in a state from the builder not having a care about workers removing footwear. You will never go wrong with this company. Exceptional service start to finish and the friendliest crew. Their quality and care show in everything they do.

Big Ben Cleaning INC. I needed the duct cleaned for my dryer vent. Adam, the service person, arrived on time. Checked out where the duct was and got right to work. The duct at my house goes from the dryer straight up to the roof. My house is a split...so it's a bit different from a bungalow. Adam got right to the job...taking the ladder up to roof. That's when I left I don't do heights. Next thing I knew he was finished. There was no lint or fuzzies blowing around the yard. I would recommend Adam and Big Ben to anyone. Adam is a very pleasant fellow. RATING 5/5

My husband bought a car from someone who smoked in it. The smell was keeping me from enjoying it so I brought it into Larry at Big Ben Cleaning and he assured me he could take care of it. He informed me of the entire process and how it worked. When I picked the car up afterwards he warned me that there would be a slight chlorine smell which there was but it was already so much better than the smoke smell. A week later the chlorine smell has almost disappeared and there is absolutely no smoke smell anymore. I am so grateful that I can finally enjoy the car. I would recommend their fumigation service to anyone!

This team did a fantastic job cleaning the furnace and vents in my two units in spring 2021. They were able to clean the rooftop dryer vent, which was really helpful. The team arrived on time, was professional and did not have hidden fees, or financial surprises. The furnaces worked more efficiently after the cleaning. They were careful to accommodate us moving the renter's cat between rooms to avoid it escaping. This company was really responsive to my email inquiries and clear in their replies. I also appreciated that they were careful for COVID protocols, especially since no one was vaccinated at that time. I would recommend them and use them again.
