Bi Polar A/C and heating review: Air conditioner repair

August 3rd choice home warranty had Bi Polar ac and heating come out to diagnose my ac system. They said I needed a new coil. Coil was installed but still had same issue. They failed to diagnose the problem correctly. Now the home warranty wants me to make a new claim and pay another service fee to fox the same problem I had in august. I use to install ac units and I know once you install a coil you have a run a vacuum pump to clean lines and check for leaks. This should have told them it still isn’t fixed but the ignored that and fill with refrigerant and left. All they wanted was the sell. Had no concern if it fixed the problem.
