I had an interconnection with BBNL UserId(L10197), I was having a lot of problems with your service so I disconnected my connection on 5th July. I paid the deposit amount of Rs:2000 for the Opti link device at the time of installation, for which the operator told me that I would get a refund at the time of disconnection. I am continuously calling the operator for the same, but they are not answering my call.
