They did a great with accommodating a last minute fan box/fan installation. Everyone that I dealt with was kind and courteous. My calls and job were done as promised.

Brian and his team did a fantastic, professional job. He was extremely helpful dealing with the insurance company! I cannot imagine any other roofing contractor doing a better job then these company! If I had another roof, I'd have them do the work for sure.

The workmanship, and professionalism by each and every person that was involved in the replacement of our roof, gutters, screen enclosure, and inside ceiling repairs went above and beyond our expectations. BFARR Contracting just replaced a flat roof on my pool deck. Brian Smith, our sales person, laid out in detail the whole process from start to finish. We are extremely happy with the new roof, pricing was very competitive, we used their financing, which has great terms and affordable payments. The crew was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up. I highly recommend BFARR for your roofing project!

Brian was amazing. He showed up on time for my estimate, talked about the options we had and how we should handle it. Unfortunately though my insurance company would not let me use him to replace my room. (nothing bad on him or history, they just use their own companies) On character alone though I would recommend this company not only for the follow up that he provided through the couple of weeks that we got to work together but also for the fact that he cares. I do plan on using BFARR in the future for my roof extensions

Brian W. with BFARR Contracting was awesome to work with. From the estimate all the way through the final inspection, Brian was available, responsive and incredibly informative. The crew that worked on my home was great! They came in early and worked until almost dark - their hard (and beautiful!) work paid off with them being done in a single day! I was really impressed! They did great on the clean up and just really went over and above my expectations on the entire project. I absolutely recommend this company! Amazing quality, fantastic pricing and wonderful customer service.

I encourage you to use BFARR Contracting! We were pleasantly surprised by their quality of product and their understanding of what we were trying to accomplish; it made the whole process enjoyable. This business takes great pride in what they offer. The team of employees were great to work with; each professional, well spoken, responsive and on time. They took great care of our home while they worked and afterwards, there was no leftover mess. We have nothing, but wonderful things to say about this experience with BFARR. BFARR is amazing! Their work is outstanding. They are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Brian worked extra hard at helping me to gain financing to get my roof done. They were able to get me right in on the schedule due to the really bad condition of the roof. The products are topnotch which they use. They are very quick to respond. We had called 5 different companies about our roof and BFARR was able to get to my roof first and get the financing ready before the other companies were even able to call me back! Customer service is top notch with them. Wish I could include a photo to show the amazing work they did! Definately recommend them to anyone and will call them again for future projects.

Highly recommend this company! They replaced our roof and we couldn't be happier! I just happened upon this company while googling different roofing companies. Brian San Pedro came out to give me a quote that day. He is the reason we decided to go with BFARR. His estimate was very thorough. He was the only one that actually went up in our attic and accessed damage, walking on trusses that were in the far back corner of our home. He spent a lot of time discussing procedures that would take place, and had options and extras that were not offered with other companies we had come out. The team that replaced our roof was very organized and cleaned up, like they were never even here! Brain kept in contact with us throughout the whole process and throughly explained things and answered all questions. He exceeded our expectations and is very friendly and professional! He was on the ball and is an excellent representation of a great company! Thanks Brain for all you did, and even handling some follow up matters after everything was done!

I was affected by the tornado that hit DeLand on 8/18. A tree fell on the house and one limb penetrated the roof over the living room and multiple other limbs were unknown if there was actual holes or not.

After calling multiple roofers, I finally called BFARR for an estimate. My claim was a little more complicated as I had a public adjuster and was not going through the insurance company directly for replacement cost of my GAF roof that was put on January. I met with Brian Smith who inspected the roof and then we talked money. Brian gave me a minimum and maximum amount for the roof and made promises that the clean up would be impeccable and the workers did phenomenal work as they hire only the best. I am cautious by nature when given promises but Brian's estimate wasn't the lowest and it wasn't the highest and one other estimate came in $100 less then Brian's. I opted to go with BFARR and could not be happier.

All promises were fulfilled! Clean up impeccable, the workers phenomenal! They were honest about the decking that may have needed to be replaced but thanks to Blake (on site supervisor) he determined that the secondary water barrier currently on the roof didn't need to be pulled and the new storm shield went over top. They could have said all decking needed to be replaced to up the price, but they were honest!

I met with Brian Johnson, GM, who not only gave me a great price for gutters but also referred me to a soffit and facia business!

I briefly spoke with Brian Anderson, owner about concerns before the job started and he was understanding to my dilemma and told me not to worry.

If you have dogs, just be aware that it is loud and I have 2 Great Danes who had issues with all the noise. Thank god the workers worked fast!

All in all, if I could give this company 10 stars it would still be an understatement of how truly phenomenal they are! I highly recommend BFARR Contracting! This is a company that actually stands behind their word!
