Beyond Finance review: Bad business practices

This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY
This company is NOT A GOOD COMPANY. DO NO TGO THROUGH THEM. They use wording to confuse you all the while they DID NOT, I REPEAT DID NOT contact all of your creditors right away. I paid them on time, and all of my creditors dinged me for non-payment. This company waits to send out any funds and then claims the creditor only wants a minimum amount for months. I paid $595 to Beyond and that amount should have been divided up between all the creditors including their fee. Nope, that's not what happened. I arranged to get them paid off and made all the call to stop the last payment to pay them off. They put me on hold for at least 3 minutes and claimed that the payment was stopped. They DID NOT put any of that in the notes and drew the payment anyway.
They DO NOT USE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTISED. Example: When requesting a statement, they send a screen shot claiming that they do not have the means to do statements. When requesting a payoff letter, they claim that they do not have a way of writing one and sent another screen shot.
After getting an amount of pay off and they claim that there are no monthly charges, the number of payments left to pay DID NOT MATCH HOW LONG I ACTUALLY SHOULD HAVE. It would take 6 months longer than by calculating the amount and how many months came to. It is worth a small loan cost to get out from under these people. I will make sure my bank blocks any chances of them drawing any further moneys.
