this is now looking like a subscription which I did not sign up for.
I have tried for a solid month to contact them - via every email they have - there seems to be no phone contact. not one acknowledgement at all that any thing for myself has been received. I am now trying to get my credit card to block them but I really want a full refund as well. This company is presenting as a scam and are fraudulent.
Desired outcome: Full Refund and delete my personal info. I would really like an acknowledgment and a response.
I cannot contact them and MONTHLY they are pulling out almost $100 which is a lot more than I ever agreed to. I've been trying to cancel this charge but cannot reach anyone!
They are stealing my money NEED THIS CANCELED IMMEDIATELY
