Berrada Properties review: They did not fix my ceiling from the water damage

I was living at 4231 North 27th Street in Apt 11 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, A flood of water was coming down the kitchen, the hallway and the lights in the hallways. It caused my bathroom ceiling to come down and caused my closet to mold! I used buckets, a garbage can to catch the water pouring into my kitchen. Berrada Properties told WISN 12 News that they fixed the leak right away, I admitted that, They came and I got it on my recordings but they did not come and do anything. I did not hear from Berrada Properties until Wednesday after the water leak. They came to the upstairs apartment above my apartment, They came to my apartment in the afternoon. I told WISN 12 News that my plan is to relocate, I'm sick, tired and fed up with Berrada Properties! I watched, seen and heard on WISN 12 News that Berrada Properties did Dalyvette Baez Ramos wrong by causing the rat infestation inside her apartment at 3103 West Wells Street and They did Cassandra Offord and Elise Williams wrong by turning of their heat around Thanksgiving 2022 at 2841 West Highland Avenue! They did Ernestine Young wrong by taking her pictures, family pictures and her granddaughter's ashes at her apartment located at 5300 North 29th Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that was bought from Berrada Properties in 2018! Those incidents happened in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties are ruining and messing up Milwaukee, Wisconsin by doing these evil, sick twisted, bad and wicked things to tenants causing mice and rat infestation while they doing construction outside at the apartment building causing rats and mice to come inside tenants apartments to leave black and brown droppings on tenants belongs! Turning off tenants heat inside their apartments causing tenants to freeze to death. On WISN 12 News Alderman Robert A. Baumann was was right about Youssef 'Joe' Berrada and Berrada Properties, They are a menace in the City of Milwaukee. Do not rent to Berrada Properties in the future, Because they will screw you like they did Dalyvette Baez Ramos, Cassandra Offord, Elise Williams, Ernestine Young and the other tenants wrong in their apartmentbuildings! Stay away from Berrada Properties, They are not worth renting to in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin!
