Berrada Properties review: Black tenants are nasty at the 3103 & 3104 West Wells Street apartment building

In 2023, Berrada Properties were doing false advertising on YouTube about their apartment buildings. On the 2800 block to 3300 block on West Wells Street to Black tenants and Hispanic tenants who live play and bump their music too loud from 28th & Wells Street to 33rd & Wells Street in Milwaukee, Wisconsin! Black Tenants and Hispanic tenants be smoking and dropping cigarette butts in front of the apartment buildings, At 3103 and 3104 West Wells Street, Black tenants be littering on the sidewalks and overflowing dumpters that cause mice, rats and roaches to come inside the 3103 Wells Street apartment building and The black tenants don't use the dumpster in the back of the 3104 Wells Street Apartment building. At the 3104 West Wells Street, Black tenants be eating and smoking in the front and back hallways leaving food and cigarette droppings on the stairs! The black tenants be smoking outside in front of the apartment building leaving a pile of cigarette butts in front of apartment Apt 101 and Apt 102 windows. Black tenants be hanging out in front of the 3104 Wells Street apartment building that draws attention to crime!
