Bergquist Law Firm David Bergquist review: Interference in private settlement agreement / operating unlawfully

Even though this firm was fired for attempted theft of 95%+ of a Personal Injury Insurance Settlement and despite repeated attempts and requests for resolution, multiple Ignored Registered mailings and request for their "Delegation of Authority" to "act" on behalf of the harmed man, they have refused to acknowledge any of the communications and continue to interfere in the release of the awards (4) four years after the fact.

The list of grievances has now reached Criminal proportions as refusal to provide any "Delegations of Authority" or proof of F.A. R.A. Registrations is unlawful, illegal and carries significant monetary fines and even jail time. Their Power of Attorney was revoked within one month of their being involved and they refuse to acknowledge this as well.

If you use them, BEWARE and be prepared to walk away empty handed. Go look at all the 1 star reviews on Google Places and Yelp and scam reports. And if you still decide to use them, make sure they provide you with proof of their "Delegation of Authority" and their F.A. R.A. registrations, which is required for every "acting" attorney at this firm.
