Belstaff UK is a brand that I would not recommend to anyone. I had a really bad experience with their customer service. I ordered a jacket from their website and when it arrived, it was too small. I returned it just two days later, at the end of October. It has now been seven weeks and I still haven't received my refund. I have been chasing them every week and they keep saying they are looking into it. It's really frustrating that a brand like Belstaff can be so bad at customer service. I would advise anyone not to order anything from them online. They are completely untrustworthy and a complete mess when it comes to customer service.

I bought a jacket from Belstaff UK and paid for it through PayPal. It cost me ?128.00. I made the purchase on February 3rd and I still haven't received the item. I've tried to contact them several times on their site, but it seems like they don't have a way to respond. They don't even have a phone number to call. I paid through PayPal, so I'm trying to contact them to be careful with their customer payments. But I can't find a PayPal site that deals with these concerns. It's frustrating because I really want my jacket and I don't know what to do.

I had a really bad experience with Belstaff UK. It took them a whole 5 weeks to give me my refund. I mean, come on, that's just ridiculous! They used the slowest shipping method ever and sent my return to different warehouses. It took them 2 whole weeks just to receive my return. And then, it took them another 3 weeks to process my refund. I had to follow up with them 5 times and each time they told me to be patient and that everything was on schedule. But clearly, it wasn't.

I can't believe that in 2022, a company like Belstaff UK can be so bad at customer service. Their products are great, but I would never buy from them directly again. I'd rather buy from a 3rd party and avoid all the hassle. It's just not worth it.

If you don't believe me, just look at all the negative reviews about their returns. It's the same horror story over and over again. The CEO or whoever is in charge of returns needs to be fired. This is just unacceptable.

In conclusion, I would not recommend buying from Belstaff UK directly. Their customer service is terrible and it took them 5 weeks to give me my refund. Save yourself the trouble and buy from a 3rd party.

I recently made an online purchase from Belstaff UK, and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I had ordered a XXL Black Gangster Leather Jacket for ?1295, but when my shipment arrived, I was surprised to find that it contained 2 x small sized Cooper Suede jackets instead. This was quite frustrating, as the shipping document clearly stated that I should have received the Gangster Leather Jacket Black that I had ordered.

Due to the ongoing Covid-19 travel restrictions, I was unable to confirm the delivery at my holiday home in the UK. When I contacted Belstaff to try and resolve the issue, I was disappointed to find that they refused to acknowledge returning or refunding the jackets. This left me ?1295 out of pocket, with 2 x unusable jackets that I never even ordered in the first place.

I used to think that Belstaff was a professional and credible retail outlet, but my recent experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed. Their response to this matter has been less than satisfactory, and I will definitely never buy any clothing products from them again. In fact, based on my experience, I don't think they are even worthy of one star.

Now, I am forced to follow up the matter with UK Trading Standards, which I will actively pursue. It's a shame that it has come to this, but I feel that I have no other choice. I hope that other customers will be more fortunate than I was, but I would advise caution when considering making a purchase from Belstaff UK.

I recently purchased a leather coat and boots from Belstaff's Bicester outlet, and while the jacket was fine, the zipper on the boots broke after only four weeks of use. I reached out to Belstaff to have the boots repaired, and while they agreed to do so, I was disappointed to learn that no repair was available at the time due to the repairers not being "in place" or "set up" or whatever. I was given no time frame as to when this might be resolved, and it has now been over four months since I first contacted them.

My experience with Belstaff's customer service has been frustrating to say the least. I was passed around to different people who responded to my emails with obtuse and irritating replies that seemed to miss the point. The questions I posed remained basically unanswered, and it was me who seemed to be making suggestions as to how they could help rather than them being proactive. When I asked for a contact to escalate the issue, I was told that they were the ones to contact.

Overall, my experience with Belstaff has been very poor, and I have yet to receive any resolution to my issue. I even mentioned that I would look for external sources to escalate the matter, and this is my first attempt at doing so. I hope that Belstaff can improve their customer service and provide better support to their customers in the future.

I've been a customer of Belstaff for almost 15 years. But the first time that I ordered from their website, I ended up finding myself in such a nightmare that I want to share with you, in order to warn you about these people.

I received my order which consisted of 2 pairs of Trialmaster boots (one in Black and the other one in Cognac) on 10th of December 2021. But as soon as I opened the box, I found out that the Black pair was faulty with a broken back zipper and dried glue all over the right boot and that the pair in Cognac was definitely not in Cognac.

When I contacted Belstaff via email and explained the situation, they apologized and sent me a prepaid return label so that I could return the order. So I returned it on 18th of December 2021 from Paris, France, using the return label provided by Belstaff itself.

But when I checked La Poste website a few days later, I found out that the parcel has been blocked on its way since 20th of December. I contacted La Poste to find out what was happening and I was told that there was a problem with the return label and that they expected a call from Belstaff to fix it; otherwise they would destroy the parcel. They also refused any instructions from me as I wasn't the one who created the label.

When I informed Belstaff regarding this matter, they accepted the fact that they had SENT ME THE WRONG RETURN LABEL (I have emails to prove this) and they said that they would fix it. But it has been a month since I returned the parcel and it's still blocked at the post.

When I try to reach customer service representatives "CASEY" and "JOE" who are in charge of this case, they avoid my calls and they don't reply my emails. So, just to make things clear: I returned this parcel (which included a faulty item and another one that didn't fit the description) according to their instructions and using the return label they provided. So, as a customer I did everything according to the book.

But they, not only sent me a wrong label, it's been a month that they aren't doing anything to solve this problem with La Poste. Plus, now that I request to get refunded (as it has already been a month), they started ignoring my calls and my emails.

I don't know about you but this situation makes me think that these people aren't just unprofessional and extremely incapable but also unreliable. I trusted them and look where I ended up...

I would have never though that a brand like Belstaff would put me in such a condition where I feel betrayed and robbed. I wanted to share this horrible experience with you in order to warn you that shopping from their website isn't safe as they don't double check items before sending them to the customers - so you risk to receive a faulty item. They are amateurs who send wrong return labels and are incapable of correcting their mistake. They don't respect their customers' rights and last but not least, they steal your money.

So, if you want to keep your peace of mind and your money, avoid ordering from their website. Thank you for reading.
