Bellagio Hotel and Casino Security review: I’m complaining about an incident I was involved in at the property of the Bellagio.

My name is Emerson Magusara and my wife’s name is Johnrulin Magusara, we involved in a hit and run vehicle accident on property at Bellagio exec entrance valet. Our vehicle that was hit was a rental from Hertz which is a Blue Tesla model 3 lic plate Nevada 634V44. A security by the name of Ronald Apia was a witness to the incident. Suspect had fled the scene but was able to capture his car lic plate number, Nevada plate 051-V36. Luckily no one was injured at the scene. I am very disappointed at how security handled the situation, they didn’t even bother to ask if we were ok. We waited for over an hour for a security manager to come and make an incident report. I also didn’t appreciate the security changing his story saying that we weren’t on property and he didn’t really see what happened!?!? We witnessed him see everything that happened. All we wanted was a simple incident report and they gave us a hard time doing that. Security incident report number is 23-9260. We had also filed a police report.
