Subject: Cannot receive nor send e-mails from my I-Phone 6.

To Whom It May Concern:
Friday May 14, 2021 my Apple I-Phone 6 stopped receiving and sending e-mails.
I normally go to my "Mail Box" icon and select my mail via Yahoo which is connected with ATT. I have talked with Att by phone for several hours and in person at the ATT store in Hendersonville, Tennessee about my problem. They tried but said they cannot help me and to call Apple Customer service at [protected]. I placed the call to Apple and after an hour on the phone, they said they could not help me and to visit the Verizon store. I visited the Verizon store in Hendersonville, Tennessee and after a short visit, they informed me that they could not help me and I should call Verizon Tech Support at [protected]. I called the number to Verizon and after waiting about 30 minutes, I finally was transferred to someone that I thought would take care of my problem. After many tries to fix my problem, and an hour on the phone, the Tech, which was very nice, told me that the problem was within ATT and to give them a call.

I can obtain all e-mails from my home computer both using Outlook as well as going on-line to Yahoo.com. I can also enter Yahoo.com on my Wife's I-Phone 11 using my User ID and Password and obtain my e-mails.
I have spent many hours attempting to have someone correct my problem with no luck.

I am now asking that if my I-Phone 6 is the problem to have someone replace my phone with a new one or fix my problem. This has gone on long enough and should be resolved quickly.

I am waiting on a quick reply to resolve this problem.
