My daughter signed a lease with Bear Village and upon the date the lease expired returned everything.
She was assigned a roommate who had a cat, and smoked. We went to the office and reported that my daughter was allergic to cats and upon the initial survey specifically stated could not have a roommate that smoked.
I went to the office with my daughter once and was told 2 come back and my daughter went 2 times and was told to come back.
I have also contacted the manager multiple times and she never returns my call and I was a cosigner on the lease and my daughter did also add me as a contact for them to speak to.
I also called corporate when I received a bill after my daughter moved out.
This bill states Drywall repair which was in the initial move in checklist that it was not repaired upon moving in $25.00. Ozone treatment $50.00 (again my daughter did not smoke or have the cat). Parking Pass $100.00 which was returned. Mini Blind Replacement $25.00. Partial Paint Common Area (which my daughter could not go to because of the cat). Full Paint Bedroom/Bath (and again was a mess when moved in). Administrative and Sanitation Fee $300.00. This is a crime that they do this to college kids.
Desired outcome: Please call me at <span class="replace-code" title="This information is only accessible to verified representatives of company">[protected]</span> to get this resolved.
