Bear Creek Landscaping review: The company should pay in full for their mistake.

In May of 2022, Bear Creek came out to turn my irrigation system on. They winterized the system in the fall...or so I thought.

After the tech came, I was informed by Bear Creek that my back flow was leaking and it needed repair. It turns out that the back flow was blown out but not removed and through the winter, rain got in, and of course there was the freeze and thaw of the winter months.

When I talked with the company, they told me they did not remove metal on metal back flow devices and that takes a professional plumber.

So when they winterized, they did not communicate to me that I needed a plumber in addition to remove this back flow to prevent damage.

Now I have a damaged back flow that will need to be repaired to the tune of approximatly $1600 and they absolutely say it's not their fault.

They should have let me know that they could not remove the back flow (like they did at my house)
