Somehow I was signed up to this company when I noticed funds being taken from my account on a monthly basis. When I contacted them I was informed that I was not entitled to a refund. After much arguing going back and forth with their support staff they finally agreed to a 50% refund which I received only part of the 50%. I was then told I could get the rest in products which I am unable to as they don't deliver to Australia so to me they are stealing from me. Out of $130.02 aud I received a refund $32.13 aud which I have told them that is not 50% they keep informing me that this is all I will receive.
Desired outcome: Full refund of all my money
I don't know how I'm signed up on their account, just received a payment confirmation and money deducted. When i was now tracing it saw that its from this but i never bought anything from them
I think I just got scammed by them telling me I won an I phone with shein š have to ring my bank now and cancel it.
