BC. Game review: Account risk and widrawal

I received a lucky bonus of 282 php I played the bonus and reached the wager required of 16 thousand plus using the bonus they gave. I received 289 php for reaching the required wager. I played the 289 php and won 700 plus php I tried to widraw the amount but the widrawal permission was locked by bc. game. I reached out to their chat support team and none of the 3 agents was able to help me. They told me to email their support which is [protected]@bc. game I waited for 2 days and while waiting I used the 700 plus php to play and won 400000 php now when I tried to login to my account it has an error msg that says (account risk) I reached out to chat agents again and was not helped and told to send email to support team which is not responding from my first email or complaint about widrawal. Now I received an email saying that they closed my account because of (bonus abused and possible using something to cheat the game) why would they close my account and accused me of abusing the bonus that they give and using cheats? It was pure luck and they shouldnt closed a players account who got lucky and won a small amount of money from the slots platform, also they cannot provide any proof that ive used any cheats or whatsoever, for me this is a total waste of my time and the money that ive earned is still on my bc account. I also saw some complaints and reviews on the website and social media about BC. Game a lot of olayers exoerienced the same with what happened on my account.
