Baymont Willow Park review: Lack of hospitality.

I have went to office 4 x to see if we can be moved to diffrent room hot tub isnt working. The maid came in and hottub wouldnt come on and finially did. It stays on 5cmin and off 30. So I asked to be moved to another jacuzzie room I even offered to clean the room I was in and clean the other room if needed... The manager didnt even come to look at it only the maid. Finially we asked to just give us a cheaper room because we can take a bath in cheaper room. We paid for a hot tub we should get a hot tub. They would not move us or give a refund. The jacuzzie works great for 5 min long enough to get comfortable and shuts off.. Very agervated. Have never had a hotel be as unhospitality as willow park baymont. He said we have been here 3 hrs he isnt giving discount. But in that 3 hrs. We been up there 4 times not happy with room. We have no trash can or refridgerater. And had to use blanket as a prvacy because no blackout curtains. The picture shows the timer it stays on and how long it stays off

Desired outcome: Would love to have a jucuzzie room like we paid for with a refridgerater and trash can and a jucuzzie that stays on more then 5 min.
