Baybridge Apattments review: Change my rental without my consent

To whom it may I Jeanetta Wandick been living at 5400 S. Maryland Pkwy #142 this would be my 3rd year my rent was 1230 I have it set up to go in my account to get the rent so I don't need to worry because 1300 is in my account on the 1st so to me my rent was paid I thought until I received a notice that I owe 1500 didn't understand why it was so high so I went to the office and the lady behind the desk added 1230 plus late fee and utility which she said was 1500 hundred but I added it and it was 1280 at that time the manager was not in the office so I went back the next day it was hard getting to him but when I did I needed to why my rent so high and my lease not due until the end of June and that a renew to sign a new lease I signed He said it was to late and hes not taking off the $300 I been here and from the pictures my place been like this for two years my dish washer never worked I put in too many orders never cleaned my carpet my cabinets falling apart and roaches are really bad been in and out of emergency room my doctor is willing to write an report if needed and he refuse to take off the $300 and do any repairs not even clean the carpet.
