I went to BattDepot on Victoria Park Avenue last Monday, December 7th, 2020. I needed a part for my laptop and the person who helped me was really nice. He got me the part I needed and was very polite and friendly. The service was really good and I was very happy with it. I even asked for a BattDepot business card so that I could recommend them to other people. I'm eighty-one years old and it really made my day to have such a good experience. Thank you again for your help!

BattDepot sent me a battery for my Dell Precision Laptop, but unfortunately it did not work. My laptop did not detect the battery at all. I was disappointed with this product and reached out to BattDepot for a solution. However, they asked me to return the battery at my own cost, as if it was a warranty claim for a used product. This was not acceptable to me, as the battery was dead on arrival (DOA) and should have been replaced promptly.

I am frustrated with BattDepot's lack of support for their product. They should stand behind their products and offer a hassle-free return process for faulty items. Instead, they are making it difficult for me to return the battery and get a refund. I have decided to file a claim with my credit card company to get my money back.

If BattDepot wants the battery back, they can send me a return label. Otherwise, I will dispose of it in the garbage where it belongs. I am disappointed with my experience with BattDepot and would not recommend them to others.

I gotta say, Battdepot.com ain't no good. I bought a laptop battery from them with a 2-year warranty, but it died after only 17 months. I followed their instructions for returning it, even paid for shipping through USPS like they said. But then they said they never got it, even though I had delivery confirmation. I tried emailing them multiple times, but they never answered. And their live chat on the website was always down. When I tried calling, all I got was a recording. This is a total scam, folks. Don't waste your time or money with this online store.

I got a laptop battery from BattDepot (battdepot.com) in February 2020. Unfortunately, it stopped working just three months later. I was really disappointed to find out that they had sent me a USED REFURBISHED battery instead of a new one. I returned the battery to them with a RMA for a new replacement, and they received it on May 12th, according to USPS tracking.

Since then, I've contacted them ten times about the return, but they haven't responded at all. I tried to get help through their CHAT service, but I was on there for three hours without any resolution. They haven't sent me a replacement, and they haven't returned any of my emails or phone messages. It's really frustrating because all I want is a new replacement, but they seem to be refusing to help me.

I think their customer service is horrible. They don't seem to care about their customers at all. They're not even responding to my requests for a replacement. It's such a simple thing to do - just replace a defective battery - but they won't even respond to me. I'm really disappointed in their service, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I've filed complaints with TrustPilot and Google, and I'm planning to file a complaint with the BBB next. I hope that they'll start to take my issue seriously and respond to me soon. It's really frustrating to be ignored like this. I don't think they care about bad reviews, and they certainly don't seem to respect their customers' issues. I would NOT support this business.

I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on this website if you need something in a timely manner. It's a shame because I've heard good things about them, but my experience has been less than satisfactory.
