Attempted to purchase a steam shower from their website around june 2021. Was told it was on back order and that it would not be back until around septmeber. When spetember hit and still no word, I requested a refund. I was told the refund should process soon. A month goes by and nothing, so I procede to send emails repeatedly for the next 6-8 months. Each time I was told that their payment processer was holding their money and that as soon as they get it, then I would get my money. I still have not recieved my money and now their email is sending failed delivery notices and their website is down.
