I was on hold 42 minutes with "Customer service" woman named Margarita and she hung up! I'm writing an email to corporate and posting on twitter, FB and Instagram.
I was overcharged for 3 products out of 26 I ordered and I was put on hold several times and she finally just hung up. She had a nasty attitude.
This company should be ashamed they have someone like this person representing them
