Bath and Bodyworks review: Wallflower scented oils

My daughter unplugged a wallflower to connect her laptop today, July 24, 2022, and placed it on my dining room table. When I noticed a while later, I picked up the wallflower to replug it. A large amount several inches long and wife had spilled on the table. It ate through the wood/varnish and left a horrible mark in the shape of the spill. This is a new dining room set and it is ruined. A scented oil should not do this when the bottle is placed on furniture for a few minutes.
