Baseball Factory camps review: Waste of Money/Time 1

We took our son to their 1/2 Day evaluation with video. He plays in center field and pitches. The staff of Baseball Factory hits balls from the sideline down from first base right to him. He threw 10-15 pitches for the video. When they ran the 60 it was dis-organized and they timed him much slower than he was timed just a week before at school and had a team mate timed much faster than he ever ran the 60.
They had one player that pitched over 90 mph at this evaluation and from that point on NOBODY at the camp mattered. This player has now damaged his arm and may never play baseball again. When they called to give their "expert" opinion they said my son should never be allowed to play center field he was just not fast enough. He would need to work on pitching to reach the 90's. He is being scouted to play center for D1 schools now thanks to self video and actual tournaments showing him in games before scouts. The bottom line is that when they published their stats on my son they were wrong and not accurate. So the $595.00 we spent was for bad publicity. I am thankful that REAL scouts call their club team coach and the high school baseball coach for the correct information. And the end of the call ended with he would be good enough to go to their camp in Rhode Island for only $3, 500.00.
I wonder how many others sucked but was good enough for their camp.
