Banzaara Travels review: Not refunding our advance payment against cancellation of our hotel booking due to covid-19

We have booked hotel through Banzaara Travels at tour at Jim Corbett at Wild Exotica Resort under its Package of "Corbet Wild Life Tourr" for 1 night/2 days for 25th May, 2020 Check-in to 26th May, 2020 Check-out. Total Package cost amouted to Rs.15, 000/- and we have deposited Rs. 5, 000/- towards Advance Booking. We had a talk on 24th March, 2020 with Ms. Priyanka Mehra from Banzaara Travels. Due to COVID 19, we were planning to cancel our programme and therefore she had not booked Jungle Safari for us and told us to inform her for cancellation of the programme by Next day. But on the same day on 24th March, 2020 I had made official mail about cancel our booking and to Refund our Advance Money of Rs.5000/-. But she had totally denied by writing that We will not be able to refund the amount. We are really sorry. We will adjust the amount in your next booking. Thereafter I had given a massage that this is the cheating made by you people. At that time she wrote that The Entire Tourism Industry had a very bad hit. Business is absolutely at a standstill. We will adjust only. First she had told me to tell for cancellation by Next day and then she told something other. Sir, They are cheaters and they have made a Breach of trust. I urge through this complain that they should give refund and also it is very painful experience of us and therefore request to expose the Banzaara Travels.
