Balance of Nature review: I want my money returned to my bank account like I asked in the first place.

I bought balance of nature products. After recieving. I called and complained about not wanting anymore products and cancelled all future orders. This was in september2022. However, this month october 2022 I received an email stating they were shipping another order. I immediately called emailed again. Was treated extremely rude. They called me a liar did i'd never cancelled. Now, after days. They said they're not refunding money they took out without my permission. I just got the refuse email. How can they get away with this and, do they do this practice often.
